The Albert Township Transfer Site provides a convenient location for residents of Albert and Vienna Townships to dispose of household waste in a safe and affordable manner. Operated by the township, the site helps keep our community clean while offering an accessible waste disposal option for those who do not have curbside pickup.
The facility is open multiple days each week, with weekend hours to accommodate varying schedules. A small fee is charged per bag to help cover the cost of operations, and punch cards are available for added convenience. Please note that the site is self-service and accepts only plastic-bagged garbage.
To help maintain a clean and efficient operation, certain items—such as batteries, paint, car parts, and large debris—are not accepted at the site and must be taken to the regional landfill or disposed of through a licensed waste hauler.
We encourage all users to review the hours of operation, fee structure, and disposal guidelines below before visiting.
